At trynaturesroots.com, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
Due to the consumable and hygienic nature of our supplement products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
We will accept returns for unopened, unused, and sealed items within 30 days of delivery, provided:
- The product is in its original, undamaged packaging
- The item has not been opened, used, or tampered with
- The return is initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@trynaturesroots.com before sending any items back. Do not return items to the shipping address on your package — unauthorized returns may not be processed or refunded. Our team will provide you with the correct return address and instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Processing times may vary by payment provider
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at contact@trynaturesroots.com.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery at contact@trynaturesroots.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging showing the issue
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Order Cancellation
One-time orders and subscriptions may be cancelled before shipment only. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You may still be eligible for a return under this policy.

International Orders
Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and any applicable taxes on returned items.
EU Customers
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@trynaturesroots.com within the 14-day window. Upon return of the unopened product, we will refund the full order value including original standard shipping costs within 14 days of receiving your return. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to opened consumable products for hygiene and health protection reasons.
